There are two different models of Geddy Lee Jazz Bass, the MIJ (made in Japan) and the MIA (made in America).
The MIJ Geddy Lee Jazz bass comes stock with 70's era Schaller style tuning machines. They are characterized by a trapezoidal shape.
The HB2 is a direct fit for this the MIJ.
The MIA Geddy Lee Jazz Bass comes with 60's era Kluson style tuners. They have a more elaborate shape and are very large.
The HB3 is a direct fit for the MIA.
