If your Stratocaster, Telecaster, or any other model of Fender® says it has vintage style tuning machines, the Hipshot Tuner Upgrade Kit for Vintage Style (8.5mm) will be a direct fit.
Aside from measuring the headstock holes at 8.5mm in diameter, here are some additional things to look for to tell if your guitar uses vintage style tuning machines.

Press in Bushings:
Does your guitar have small round bushings on the front with no washer? When removing, will you have to tap them out from the back? That typically means the headstock holes are 8.5mm and need the smaller shank Hipshot® tuner.
Two screws per tuner:
Are the tuning machines held in with two screws instead of one on the back? On Fender® each tuning machine shares its screws with the neighbor tuning machine.
